Billing & Subscriptions

Manage your subscription, track usage, and view invoices from the billing settings.

Subscription Plans

Managing Your Subscription

Navigate to Settings > Billing to view your current plan and usage.

Upgrading Your Plan

    Open Billing Settings

    Go to Settings > Billing. ::

    Click View Plans to compare options. ::

    Select your desired plan. ::

    Complete Checkout

    Complete checkout via Stripe. ::

Canceling Your Subscription

    Open Billing Settings

    Go to Settings > Billing. ::

    Click Manage Subscription. ::

    Cancel

    Select Cancel at period end. ::

Usage Tracking

Monitor your usage in real-time on the billing dashboard:

Invoices & Payment

Viewing Invoices

Recent invoices appear on your billing dashboard. Each shows:

  • Invoice date and amount
  • Payment status
  • Download link (PDF)

Updating Payment Method

    Open Stripe Portal

    Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe portal. ::

    Changes apply to future invoices. ::

Failed Payments

Billing Portal

The Manage Subscription button opens Stripe's self-service portal where you can:

  • Update payment methods
  • Download invoices
  • Change billing email
  • View payment history
  • Cancel or resume subscription

Plan Limits

When you hit a limit:

Resource Behavior When Limit Reached
Forms Cannot create new forms until upgraded or existing forms are deleted
Submissions New submissions are rejected with HTTP 429
API Calls API requests return 429 until the next billing period
Team Members Cannot invite new members until upgraded

Limits reset monthly on your billing anniversary date.

FAQ: Common Billing Questions

Can I switch from monthly to annual billing? Yes. Contact support or use the Stripe billing portal. Annual billing offers a discount on all paid plans.

What payment methods are accepted? All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise plans can arrange invoiced billing.

Do unused submissions roll over? No. Submission quotas reset each billing period and do not accumulate.

Can I get a refund? Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 48 hours of a charge for the fastest resolution.
