1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuoyForms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use BuoyForms. One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use BuoyForms to create and distribute forms for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to collect data in violation of applicable laws, distribute malware, send spam, or engage in phishing. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the forms you create and the data you collect through BuoyForms. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your form content or submission data.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion for annual plans within the first 30 days.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
