We use your information to provide and improve BuoyForms, process form submissions, send transactional emails (e.g., password resets, submission notifications), and communicate product updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Form submissions are stored in our database and are accessible only to you and your authorized team members. We use TLS/SSL for all data transmission.

4. Third-Party Services

BuoyForms integrates with third-party services (e.g., Salesforce, Google OAuth, Stripe) at your direction. When you enable an integration, data flows to that service under their respective privacy policies. We use Stripe for payment processing and do not store your credit card information.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at legal@buoyforms.com. You can export your form data and submissions from your dashboard. Account deletion permanently removes all your data within 30 days.
